Clients are responsible for all rental items from the time of set-up through collection. Items should be returned in their original condition.

Damaged, excessively worn, or missing items may result in additional charges based on repair or replacement value.

This includes glassware, linens, candles, and decorative elements.

Serein handles standard cleaning; however, excessive staining, wax damage, or misuse may incur additional fees.
